ROOM RATES: $109 per night plus 12.5% tax and daily service charge of $15 for gratuities which are paid to bell man, house keepers, pool attendants and van drivers for on-property transportation. Includes valet services and overnight on-site parking, use of the Ocean Reef Fitness Center, Beach Service including lounge chair and umbrella, 24 hour property transportation services, daily newspaper delivery, in-room coffee, tea and bottled water service. Additionally, high speed and wireless Internet connectivity as well as unlilmited local and domestic long distance telephone calls are provided on a complimentary basis. How about that!

6:00-7:30PM   SKAL Hospitality Suite Reception in the Sunrise Villa Hospitality Suite (“Full Bar” and wine and beer choices)
 Your choice on your arrival evening to select a restaurant, time and own table seating number of people at a la carte and menu of the day prices and accompanying options at your own expense (charged on your own major credit card or room acct.).  
The Ocean Reef Restaurant choices include:
 
THE ISLANDER AND SUSHI BAR 6-10PM (Casual, collared shirt, no blue jeans)
Indulge in island flavors, complete with sushi and fresh, local seafood.

THE GALLEY (Fishing Village) 6-10PM (Collared shirt, shorts of walking length & jeans permitted) The Galley’s menu features everything from homemade pizza from its wood-burning oven, to pastas and salads to grilled fresh fish.
No reservations needed.
 
THE BURGEE BAR (Downstairs from The Galley) 4PM-1AM (Collared shirt, shorts of walking length & jeans permitted) Happy Hour daily 5-7pm (Sunset Happy Hour & Friday Frozens). Late night menu available. DJ Music Friday & Saturdays 9pm-1am, Ages 21+ after 10pm.The Burgee Bar offers a menu of bar favorites to enjoy while sipping ice cold draft beer and watching sports on flat screens.

Saturday Night 8/21

7:30 PM    Palm Court Beach Front Dinner Buffet & Barbeque on Buccaneer Island Under the Stars. Dinner Buffet and Barbeque including wine and beer (cash bar for liquor).  Indoor weather back-up: Carysfort Grille Room.
 
Please Note:   There is a Tuesday, July 20th deadline for making your room reservations directly with The Ocean Reef, see previous announcement for information.  Reserve your attendance with Evite now at the SKAL Club pre-paid retreat registration fee per person (age 18 and over) of $65.00 which is all-inclusive of the Hospitality Suite (Friday and Saturday) and the Saturday evening dinner (we are working on a children’s price for the Saturday Barbeque). We also have a special golf rate of $45.00 per person and we can block tee times on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

OCEAN REEF RESERVATIONS: Reservations will be made by contacting the reservation office at (800) 741-7333. Each reservation requires a one night deposit in the amount of $109 plus taxes no later than July 21. We have a limited room block and reservations will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Please note that cancellations can be made up to 30 days prior to arrival, anything after that is subject to a one nights room rate and tax cancellation fee except in the case of force majure should there be a weather related hurricane warning or other impediment classified as a hazard by the Feds.
Special GOLF Rate of $45 per person + $10 service fee per round. $20 Club Fee will be waived.

Remember the new policy to wear your name badge and Skal pin to avoid giving a $5. contribution to the club.

If you need to replace your badge or pin please let Jerry Eastep (EST) know. Badges replacements are $10 and regular member pins are $5. Officer replacement pins are $10.

A confirmation of your order for a replacement pin or badge will be your "Get out of Jail Free" card until your new badge or pin arrives.
